If calling to a land line 011-63-2-xxx-xxxx If you are calling a cell phone number don't put the 2 after 63. Use their cell number but drop the zero on the front. Like this....
if their cell number is 0921-555-1212
then dial like this 011-63-921-555-1212
Everybody there has a cell phone but not many have a land line. They themselves don't even know how to make a call from US to PI as evidence above. My way works.

You dial 011 632 + the local number here in the Philippines. 63 is the country code, 2 is the area code for Metro Manila.

buy a phone card from filipino store. Use the toll free number at the back of the card. Place the activation code after scratching it. Then Dial 011+632+the phone number. That should be able to connect you. If you don't have phone card dial 011+632+ the phone number direct from your land line.

If landline, dial 00632 then the 7 digit telephone number. If mobile phone, example the number is 09178582712, dial 00639178582712 but if you will dial from your mobile phone, +639178582712.
