Mike Smith,is paralysed from the waist down.played keyboards and sang with DAVE CLARKE FIVE?

Mike Smith was the greatest keyboard man and vocals and was with the DAVE CLARKE FIVE from the off set in1964.In 2003 he fell at his home in Spain and was paralysed from the waist down and both his arms, he came back to London and now lives in a Londn hospital, DO YOU KNOW WHICH ONE?Please help if you can or maybe know someone who might know , this is a genuine search for an old friend of mine. Thank you
