You need a workers compensation lawyer. They will make sure that you get your appropriate treatments (and possibly something for your injury), but I don't know if it is called pain and suffering. It is related to the limited and future use of you injured limbs. IE will you need care in the future for your injury, will you be able to work in the same capacity that you were in before the injury. An attorney who is experienced in your state can go over the in's and out's of your states system. The attorney's usually have a free first meeting to review your case and then you can go from there.

Good Luck.

It's called Workman's compensation insurance and every employer is required to have it in Oklahoma. Unless you were self employed, you should be covered. Contact the State Insurance Commissioners office and they can help you.
