We elect people whose last names sound good when paired with "onomics" or "nomics." For example. Reaganomics... Clintonomics... Bushonomics...

But if your last name sounds dumb when paired with onomics or nomics, then you don't have a chance.

Dukakinomics, Kerrynomics, Goreonomics...

So if my theory is right, who has the best chance in 08?

Obamanomics? (sounds catchy). Clintonomics again? Guilianinomics? (blech!) McCainonomics? (not bad).

Sadly your question touches upon a dirty little truth. Too many Americans base their support for a candidate at any level upon superficial things like physical appearance, charm, & speaking style.

Hey who needs substance? Jeffereson warned us we'd get the quality of leaders we deserve!!
