I am 31 and I shop mostly at Ann Taylor Loft (nice work basics, suits, t-shirts), J Crew (fun trendy colored t-shirts, khaki/chino pants, funky outerwear, cashmere sweaters), Banana Republic (tweed jackets, sweaters) and Chico's (super funky clothes, great jewelry. On rare ocassion I shop at old navy and gap when I need super basic t-shirts. I also shop at Nordstroms in the I love the Point of View department. They have their own brand called Caslon which is very nice. and I also shop INC at Macys.

RE:
Question for women in their 20s and 30s ~ Where do you buy your clothes? Can u give me some website links?
Hi,
I just had a baby a few days ago, and I'm needing to buy some new clothes because my old clothes don't fit me anymore and honestly my clothes are really outdated. I haven't been clothes shopping since 1999. Seriously. I'm 28 years old and would like styles that are casual...

I buy my clothes in Next (www.next.co.uk) or from Ebay, there are loads of shops on there that sell new clothes, never worn before and I get loads of things from there as it is much cheaper. I also use Dorothy Perkins, Top Shop and New Look, I'm a short girl so I have to go with shops that either sell petites or teenagers clothes.

I'm 29 with no kids. I also shop at the Gap and H&M, but I find that for good quality and timeless styles, J Crew has been great for me. They carry a good amount of casual tees, sweaters, jeans and pants, very basic, but I find this is the most versatile. They update colors seasonally. Many of their slacks/kakhis can be worn in business casual environments. I like to think of myself as trendy. That said, I like to mix JCrew basics with more funky styles. Since you are starting from scratch, JCrew will give a good base. Congratulations and good luck!
