Honey, just live your life, eat well, learn something new everyday, don't act on every lustful thought, learn the difference between lust and love, practice random acts of kindness and realize that no matter what you do, your skin and breasts are going to sag when you hit 50.

I would have practiced better health and fitness ON A REGULAR BASIS at an earlier age. My habit was to do good for a while then indulge for a while. I just wasn't consistent enough with it. When younger, it was not difficult to pull myself back into shape, but now, at 46 it almost seems impossible to get myself back in shape even though I am now practicing eating healthy and working out on a daily basis.

I would take more exercise especially for my tummy. It used to be lovely and flat and i am working hard to get it back. I always said if i could go back i would do stomach crunches every day! I would also have started trying for a family sooner, i am struggling now and am 32 so its a worry.

I'm about to turn 25. I'd change my eating habits. I knew I wanted to lose weight but I didn't know how. Now I know and that's what I'm doing.

Loose weight and look after myself more, i.e: manicure, masage etc
