Oil of Olay's cream mascara remover. Comes in an aqua, teal-ish kind of bottle, and is THE BEST.
I use waterproof mascara (the hardest to wipe off), and I've tried Marcelle (uber expensive), and other expensive brands.. but I've found that the cream stuff works the best. Not the oils or the watery looking stuff from Garnier that claims to take off waterproof mascara.
What you do, is soak a pad with the cream so it gets hydrated and soaks up the product, then place it on your eye and leave it on there for about 10 seconds to let the cream "soak" in. Then you wipe gently one way, and wipe gently the other way, and wipe under your eye, and it'll all be gone. I promise.

I use Almay Makeup Remove Pads. They're circular and come in a small, plastic cylindrical container. Almay offers 2 kinds: regular and one with oil/moisturizer. I'm not by my vanity, but I think there's about a supply of 50, which really lasts because you can use each pad twice (once on each side). They can be found in most well-known drugstores, and the price is about $4.99. They really do get the makeup off with a few gentle swipes, and the oil/moisturizer works on those "crows feet" and other fine lines overnight !! TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT !!

I agree with Juicy K. I've used baby oil on cotton wool to remove my eye makeup for 2 years now and it's still the best thing ever. I wear a heavy mascara every day and never wake up with anything smeared under my eyes. (even after a night out with liquid eye liner and two layers of mascara.)

Honestly I just use soap or a clearifing shampoo .. it gets mascara off the best - but is always depends on what kind of mascara it is and how hard it is to get off. Some just suck about coming off.. and if you have one of those then you can use baby oil or buy "eye makeup remover" Basically its just an oil based cleaner. Hope this helps!

Have you tried make up remover? I like Clinique. It's gentle and works great. For leftover makeup that you cannot get off, put a small amount on a cotton ball and apply. You can also find other brands, such as Olay, at department stores. Hope this helps.

Hi Hun, I found when I was doin beauty therapy that if you start off soakin cotton wool or the those little pads in warm water and hold them on your eyes for a bit and never rub your eyes just stroke your eyelashe upwards that should get the worst of it off then ues a creamy based makeup remover to get the rest off. if u rub ti hard you get really puffy eyes and you brake your eyelashes and if your wearing mascara you doin it to make them look longer so.... lol. any way Hun hope that works good luck.

I always use makeup remover for my eyes. You can also use petroleum jelly but it's a little messy. Right now I'm using this stuff from Sephora.com that is blue but it sort of burns my eyes so stay away from that. Maybelline works well but is oily and tends to make the container messy. I recommend using cotton balls also to put the makeup remover on. Good luck!

Origins do the best eye make up remover in the world!!! pour a small drop onto some cotton wool, hold it over your shut eye lid for 10 seconds and then gently sweep away from the inside (close to your nost) out towards your hair line.
I've got all my friends using it and they agree it's fab! and not too pricey!

The best thing to use is: Booths honey and almond body and face butter. It will make your mascara come off and leave your face feeling like velvet. No rosy cheeked from this stuff.
