We use oxygen for living, But animals on other planet can use also CO2, methen, H2SO4. They can live in High temp. Then how can we compare them with us?

You are absolutly right. We can't compare ourselves with the aliens. but what do you think man is doing? He has filled all his characters in the god itself. You see according to our mythology Lord Vishnu has all the characters of human. Lord Shiva gets angry very quickly.
These human's doesn't leave god itself, then how do they leave the aliens.
The aliens are their. I believe in them, because in this vast universe there can't be only one life bearing planet.
These people opposed Copernicus who said that earth is sphericle in shape. And also doesn't believed the John Dalton's theory. But these are now accepted all over the world.
Like this the alien theory will be prooved in future and then we will come to know about what mistakes have we done comparing the aliens with us.
Usually now we think that aliens have antenas, they have four hands but these are not believable. They too adopt themselves in their environment an there body is evolved to utilize the environment around them. So we can't exactly figure out those aliens.

Even on this very globe every spicie uses a different food to live,in different atmospheric ant temperature conditions .So when lives are surviving differently on another globe ,millions of miles away from us, it is but natural that their life styles,food items are different,to survive and suit to those conditions

Evolution.
the term means adapting to environment and developing.
It this is happening anywhere ,life is blooming there.
When comparing them to us we use HUMAN RATINGS
which perhaps has no meaning to them.
Doing this is as absurd as believing we are the only intelligent mass of protoplasm.
