It's a home work so you should try to do yourself. I am trying to help you.

11. 7 ≥ 2x – 5 OR (3x – 2) / 4 > 4
=> 12 >= 2x OR 3x - 2 > 16
=> 6 >= x OR 3x > 18
=> x <= 6 OR x >6
=> x is element of (-∞, 6] U (6, ∞)
=> x is element of (-∞, ∞)

12. 4 ≤ 3 – x < 8
=> 1 <= -x < 5
=> -1 >= x > - 5
=> x is element of (-5, -1]

All the best.
