Depending on what you use for e-mail.

If you use outlook or outlook express you can export your emails to a file, and then back it up on cd or memory stick.

If you are using yahoo! or other online ones, your only real choice is to open each one, and cut & paste the contents into a word or notepad file, and then back those up.

One way is to simply cut and paste the text into a Notepad, Wordpad, or Microsoft Word document, and save that document to a dvd/cd or a memory stick.
