I don't know what state you live in, so I'm not sure about the harshness of the divorce laws. I do know that if it's a bitter divorce, jumping right into a new marriage can put quite a bit of strain on a person. He'll probably need a little time to breath before the two of you get married, otherwise your marriage may not work. If you live in one of those states that's still stuck in the 19th century, he could be considered an adulterer. Be careful.

properly properly - sounds like she is playing video games. i do not understand what state you're in yet in maximum states - debt is shared between spouses. so some distance as delaying the divorce - sure she will manage to attempt this and so can he. If he would not already have one - he could get a legal professional. If she knows you inspite of the truth that, she is likely very anger and could do something to "punish him. Be very careful is my advice to you - divorce is amazingly gruesome each now and then and a spouse contained in the photo before the divorce is very last ninety 9% of the time makes it worse. in case you actually love him - you may favor to again out of hte photo for a short even as and enable the flames settle.

I had an attorney to tell me while I was going through a divorce that if a couple is living together and the one person is still married to someone else that is adultery. My husband and I had seperated before we were divorced. My husband had lived with another woman and he had told me that they did not even sleep in the same room. The attorney had also told me that it does not matter where they sleep. He was still legally married but living with another woman. That is considered adultery. I do not know if it is like that in all states but it is in Georgia. You need to find out for yourself.

If this guy can't even wait until he is divorce from his wife to mess with you, what make you think your not going to be in the same situation as his wife, I never understood why people get involve with people who are still married or going thru a divorce, but I guess you have to learn for your self

You are dating a married man. A man who up until recently was living with his wife, no matter where he told you he was sleeping, he was still residing with her. Now you want to move in and play house with him before he is legally separated and divorced from his wife. Do you actually think this will work out for you? Why do you want a man who would cheat on his wife? Don't you think that increases the chances that he will cheat on you too as soon as things start to get hard and real problems pop up? Do you really want to be with a dishonorable man who can't keep the vows he makes?

NO....it's NOT ok to live with him. His divorce isn't final. (Besides, how do you know for sure he even FILED?) Something else to keep in mind....if he cheated on her, he'll eventually cheat on you too.

I did. I didn't get into any trouble. Depends on the people involved - if they can handle it.
