you need to have a name that says something about what you sell, who you are and the market you are aiming at.
Try using a word that conveys eating that goes well with your name, eg; Moe's Muncher or Beryl's Bar . If you want to be more upmarket call it a Restaurant or Bistro.
look in the yellow pages at other cafe names for idea's, the simpler the better.

For a start please try to avoid anything relating to Starbucks. I avoid going to any cafe that has tried to rip-off Starbucks name, design or logo (dozens of cafes have).
I think something short and catchy would be good!

I suggest you add more details to your question - for instance is it going to be a themed cafe, where is it - in the city, next to the beach, next to a uni where... what are you going to specialise in. Then people will be able to give you better suggestions - well, perhaps I will anyway.
