i have not taken GRE,i am studying b.tech final year.

Yes, but it depends on the program. For example, the George Washington University Engineering program does not require GRE scores for admission purposes. no none university vud accept ur admission unless r untill u provide ur gre scores...if u r born there r got ur green card there then it is possible for u to get admission without trying gre my friend
