take for instance a person who does all his daily chores as a burden will not be fullfilled ,where as a person who does all his task on day to day basis with respect and gives his soul to his activity will attain fullfillment

If you keep doing what you want to i.e setting goals and achieving them and at the same time serving the community for its' betterment then nothing is impossible. You have to keep in mind that happiness and unhappiness both are the states of mind and to stay happy only one thing is required that's satisfaction that you have performed your duty well.

Do my best at any task no matter how small it may seem. Therefore, anyone wanting a task done right knows I am the one that can and will do it. Always glad to help. Do something for someone else and not expect anything in return. Just the satisfaction of a job well done. This way you yourself provide the satisfaction and don't need another to give it to you. Always try to do just a little more than others expect. Sometimes just that little thing will make such a big difference. Example: My car windshield needed replacing. Not only did the man come to my house to fix it, fixed it beautifully and quickly, but he also vacuumed out the inside of my car. And shined up the window! It was way more than I expected and I was thrilled to see a new windshield and a clean car!

i get fullfillment when i do something good.something good for others..i become happy and fullfilled.even when i do nice shopping of clothes,accessories,shoes,bags etc.i become fullfilled.
