It all depends on what you mean by he wants to go,do you mean leave his girlfriend?You obviously love your father very much as you want him to be happy and i am sure if he wants to leave his girlfriend then he will.Just reassure your father that you are there for him when and if he needs you but also remind him that if he is not happy in the situation he is in then it would be best to leave and start over...............good luck.

your dad is matured enough to decide what he wants, everyone wants their loved ones to be happy, it's best to let them decide what makes them happy

If he wants to go then let him go because if he stay ans that's not what he really wants, he's going to be miserable. If they were meant to be, they will be....even if he goes.
