Just the little things like relaxing when your body is tired.Ear healthy foods.One of my favorite food was malt-o-meal.It contains folic acid,and that's exactly what you need.Drink lots of water and some juices,try to stay away from stuff like sodas and coffee.Though it will not hurt to indalge once in a while.Just wait till you start getting those cravings.Congradulatoins!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep taking those prenatals, drink plenty of water, try to eat as healthy as possible, get plenty of rest.

Are you taking folic acid tablets? They may be included in your other supplements but if not, i'd start taking them too. Just make sure you eat healthy and don't get too stressed with anything! Congatulations!

just contine with your pre-natal vitamins and take it easy. try nibbling ginger biscuits for morning sickness. good luck and congratulations
