I saw the first episode of Dragon Ball.
And There is a gay named Emperor Pilaf,and I wonder is I Garlic Jr?

No, Garlic Jr. is not Emperor Pilaf. Emperor Pilaf is just another character that wants the Dragonballs for World Domination. Garlic Jr. only shows up in the movies, as far as I recall. Emperor Pilaf is the only badguy that is so weak that he never gets killed. And he's also the only badguy that manages to get all the Dragonballs together, but only manages to wish on another set in GT, which causes Goku to become a kid again. ^^' He and his cohorts are stupid and weak - but absolutely hilarious. They're a bit similar to Team Rocket in Pokémon. And he hates Goku.

Emperor Pilaf and garlic Jr. are NOT the same character, Pilaf is after the Dragonballs so that he can take over the world and he almost succeeds he has 2 henchmen that he relies on for everything except that they are total morons. Pilaf first gathered all of the Dragonballs early in the Dragonball series when Goku is a kid, it was when we first meet Bulma as she is trying to gather the Dragonballs when Shenron is summoned instead of Pilaf wishing for world domination oolong (the shapeshifting pig) rushes in and wishes for the world's most comfortable underpants and Pilaf's plans are foiled, Garlic Jr has been in 2 movies and made a wish in the first movie to become immortal when he tries to force Goku and Piccolo into the dead zone Gohan (Goku's son) sends him there instead and he is trapped there, he eventually gets out of the dead zone with the help of the Maccio(pronounced Mack-e-yo) star that gives him his power and makes his hechmen stronger, he is once again defeated by Gohan whose power cancels out Garlic's. Pilaf has no power and garlic can increase his size as well as his power level

No, Emporer Pilaf returns in Dragonball GT and turns Goku into a child again. Garlic Jr. got killed in the Garlic Jr. Saga. I think they jut look alike cause they ran out of character ideas.
