I'm a big fan of death metal, but I'm not an angry person but it is the fastest heaviest music out there so here are a few you can check out:
Wormed, Devourment, Disgorge (US), Deeds of Flesh, Beneath the Massacre, Incinerate, Internal Suffering, Dying Fetus, Suffocation, Krisiun, Mortician, Cannnibal Corpse, Immolation, Deicide, Death, Possessed, Guttural Secrete, and many others I can't think of right now. Hope this helps.

why? there is no need for that agression take up a violent hobby instead like paintball or lacross because relying on the anger of others will only lead you to deeper problems and will have trouble maintaning a smile later in life
also just try to work out your problems instead of just brooding in your room all day

try some"between the buried and me" thier like heavy death metal or some Last roasary. witch that one is a local band but they ahve cd's out but thier bad ***
