Most women ovulate 14 days before their next period, HOWEVER, I am one of those people who don't follow that rule. I would suggest using an ovulation predictor. Clear Blue Easy makes a computerized model, but it's a little pricey. You can also use disposable ovulation sticks. Either way, it's really important that you know exactly when you ovulate (I ovulate on day 9).

Once you've established the time you ovulate, make love every other day a few days before ovulation and a few days after ovulation. It isn't necessary to make love every single day, in fact, doing so can actually decrease a man's sperm count.

As for fertile mucus consistency, fertile mucus can be clear or cloudy, you'll want to find the mucus that looks like egg whites and can be easily stretched between your thumb and forefinger. Good luck honey.

Sounds like you are having intercourse WAY too often. You need to figure out when you ovulate, and have intercourse only about every 36 hours during your fertile days and once every 5 days when you are not fertile, or you run the risk of your partners sperm being too depleated. Register for a free online ovulation calendar (http://www.fertilitygal.com is what I use) so that you can see when your fertile days are. You can figure out exactly when you ovulate by charting your BBT and http://www.fertilitygal.com has a printable BBT chart with instructions. Good Luck!

I SUGGEST YOU SEE YOUR DOCTOR LIKE I DID. AFTER USING OVULATION TESTS FOR MONTHS AND THINKING I WAS ON THE RIGHT TRACK IT CAME TO BE THAT THROUGH A SIMPLE BLOOD TEST.....I WASNT RELEASING EGGS AT ALL! SINCE YOUR CYCLES ARE A LITLE LONGER YOU MAY WANT TO LOOK INTO SOME TESTING TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE OVUALTING.
GOING BY DISCHARGE ALONE IS NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU THE ANSWER YOU NEED.
