Yup totally normal I am almost 21 weeks and belly is hard up to belly button. That is also how the measure your fundal height(the distance from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus) It feels like a ball,That is your uterus expanding. If you lay down you can feel it a lot too. When you get to 20 weeks they start to measure it and it should progress 1cm a week. When you are 20weeks you should measure at 20cms, 24 weeks at 24cms etc etc. Some people will measure ahead while others measure a little behind but it is also used as an estimate to how far along you are. Wait till you start feeling the actual baby when he/she is so big that he/she is all cramped in there and starts rolling and squirming it is so weird but very cute.

Yes for some people it is normal. Not everyone experiences this.Isn't it funny how you notice every little thing with your body when you become pregnant? When I was pregnant I noticed the same thing.I asked my doctor if it was normal and she said yes.I am so happy for you.I think that there is no better job than being a mother.I am a stay at home mom.The best of luck to ya,congratulations!!!

Very normal, I would be concerned if it didnt.. that honey is your ever growing uterus, and in 2 weeks it should be even with your belly button.. that is a reassuring sign that your baby is right on track and growing just fine.. also if you are thinner, it is alot easier feel so that is not uncommon! good luck

Yes, you are starting to show. As your baby and womb grow your belly will be getting harder even higher up.

It was probably practice contractions, known as Braxton Hicks contractions. You should actually feel them even more the later your pregnancy progresses.
Perfectly normal.
