veena in some universities b.com is not being considered eligible for b.ed. take my advice do your m.com. and then appear for b.ed. because even if u get b.ed. degree you will require m.com degree to teach commerce. cause commerce is being taught in 11th & 12th grade. to teach these classes we require PGT i.e. post graduate teacher and they are the higest paid teachers in a school.

i think b.com would get u a decent job but u can always do another course and get into teaching line

After the degree go for Teacher's Training Course or BEd.
