How can we stop the use of crank? so many wasted lives?

For those who don't know crank is meth. As with all things in this country we need a public relations program. In the 1970's the slogan was "Speed kills". Eventually the use of amphetamines dropped dramatically. I think it can work today.

Crank? Do you mean crack? Is to wide-spread to stop it.
