The person above me has the correct answer, but the first person to respond to this is incorrect. First: The equation of Enthalpy of solution is H(sol)= - (lattice energy)+H(hydration) H=enthalpy So, substitute all of your numbers: H(sol)= - ( -715 ) + ( - 684) H(sol)=31 kJ/mol Then multiply this number by the number of moles: 31 kJ/mol x 1.23 = 38.13 kJ/mol
