What is a good offsite hotel near Disneyworld? One that has a great pool, reasonable prices and free breakfast. Thanks.

Look for ones in Kissimmee FL. Days Suites in Old Town might be a good choice.

However the last couples of times I was there I stayed on site. The best choice I ever made. Last time Room for 4 (3 adults 1 child) - 7 nights, 8 days in the parks, dining plan $1557.00

Stayed at the Howard Johnson Maingate East on 192 in Kissimmee a year ago. Not fancy at all but clean and relatively quiet. Ask for a room in the back building farthest from the road. About a 10 min drive from Disney.

Lots of other motels in that area.

There is an Amerihost less than a mile from the entrance to Disneyworld. Indoor and outdoor pools, breakfast buffet, super nice place, and very clean.
It is a tad dated in the decor, but still ,it was only $70/night for 4 people. Just do a web search for them, I will definately be staying there again, when we go back.

Depends on what you are looking to spend. I would recommend going to travelocity.com or priceline.com and looking at what they have available.

If you are going to Disney for any length of time, I would highly recommend staying on the property. There are many perks that Disney resort guests get that the other hotels just can't touch. For example, they have Extra Magic hourts for resort guests only. Every day one park is open early and one stays open late, so the rides that are a little tough to go on during the day may be easier to get on. Also, resort guests are never denied admission to whichever park they are entering. However, if a park is crowded, the entrance to the park is restricted for those guests staying off-site. I saw this happen the last time I was there. The people standing in line to get into the Magic Kingdom were pretty upset that my family and other resort guests were entering. You also have the advantage of the transportation system, so if you are planning a Disney vacation, look up what it would cost to stay on-site rather than off. They have two levels of resort (value and moderate) that are fairly competitively priced.

The Best Western Lakeside has 3 beautiful pools and their resort prices start out at about $59 a night in the off-peak season. They also have a great buffet restaurant and a bar & grill. It is located off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee.
