Yes, we consider that one of the fun hurdles that keeps the game unpredictable and thus much more interesting. Like life itself, it is boring when it become totally predictable. I think they do!
They been planning this since the late '90s. It's a proven fact that people enjoy being miserable.
Getting violations makes users feel awful, which makes them feel good, which makes them visit Yahoo! more often. Which in turn gets them to check out the ads on the front page, which brings in more corporate sponsorship to Yahoo!
So it will never end....you TWATS!
