what do i do to make my old barbie doll look like new...especially her hair?...she is about 3 yrs old?

To start with, clean your barbie's hair. Baby shampoo and baby conditioner are good but if you don't want to make a special purchase of those materials then you can use a MILD dish soap (something like Joy) and dye-free fabric softener to remove tangles. Make sure the fabric softener is dye-free and don't use it straight - dilute it in water.

To clean the skin, my recommendation is that you use goo-gone. That should remove most surface dirt from the body.
