I've read that brain exercises (doing puzzles) help your ability to absorb and process information. Just like your body needs proper nutrition and exercise, your brain needs it's exercise also. They've also done studies that have shown where it's reduced the chances of acquiring Alzheimer's.

One can become smarter, by observing others, listen to what they say, undestand others, but do not reveal onself until you know yourself more better especially your weak points and rectify them to overcome others. At this stage try to communicate with others and feel the difference. Somebody will definately tell you that you are smart.

well..hard to say ..read a lot,surf on the internet for information..and make some 'exercises' with your mind..if you think at a lot of think,maybe solving some mathematical problems from time to time .In this way you won't become stupid ,not even after you are verry old,and you even might become more smart,by valorificate the inteligence that you were borned with

Spiritual curiosity ....some call it positive thinking but what comes first? One has to be curious in order to start the thinking process. Of course wisdom comes with age as well for those who live a happy life.

smarter according to who's standards? Wordly or Godly?
if you want to be spiritually/Godly smart read and belied on immortal holy God's Word [The Holy Bible], if you rather smart on mortal men's standards twisted facts go ahead and trust in the mortal sinful men.

Read lots of books. Go to school. Try as hard as you can. It depends on how much work you're willing to do.

you have to learn the rules of grammar first. also, being smart is something youre born with, you cant make ur iq increase.
