There is always work going in London on building projects - try sending your CV to some of the bigger companies and see how you get on. I would have thought that the mobile home market is quite a niche market - have you considered general building? I would have thought skills are skills and you can use them anywhere. How about applying for project manager jobs in London?

I agree with Carrie. There are so many building projects in London and the South East now, even if you discount the Olympics. Ebbsfleet, Bluewater. Alternatively, become self employed and choose your work and set your own rates. Many people are happy to employ someone older, more experienced and reliable, and don't mind paying a premium for a job well done.

If you have enough diversity and a strong enough resume try putting your resume online through one of the many places that offers it(monster.com or somesuch, I'm sure there's UK equivalents). This should give you the widest number of possibilities.
