Firstly, see my answer to your first question.
Secondly "What ideas can you suggest for the "Black Mambo" gangs motivations and can you also suggest posisble situations for the characters to find themselves in?"
Are you writing this or are you using Y/A members to write it for you? If you can't come up with the scenes or plot then theres a serious problem with your intended career.

You really need to decide what type of film you are making here. Is it going to be a blood-bath, emotionless, sadistic film, or is it going to have deep character developments with lots of dialogue? Is the "hero" going to be a nice person or is he going to be a mean SOB? Where is it set? The city, country side? I'd imagine its in the city. Are the gang just thugs or are they part of a large crime organisation controlled by a higher power? Maybe, its both, maybe they are there to keep the rest of the population scared and quiet, maybe this hero is trying to free the rest of the population by helping them to learn how to fight back.
Maybe try an idea like the gang own a rubbish skip, and this is how they get rid of their victims. There could be a showdown at the skip, with the hero riding his bike over the rubbish unveiling the corpses underneath.
The hero may be a serial killer who kills thugs? he may have been part of the gang when he was younger, but they turned on him and tried to kill him. Killing his family as well, so he seeks revenge by killing each and everyone of the gang.
You should just try out different idea's and see where they lead you, if they dont work try a different approach. Its good to see other people trying to be creative, have fun with it, just try to make it original and if you like it there's bound to be someone else out there who likes it as well.

I like the sound of it.
When will you be making this movie?
I'm interested in a part
Here's a few ideas. Though come to think of it your hero's more of an antihero:
The Black Mambos are a dangerous biker gang, they deal drugs and specialise in assassinations. They're feared by everyone, they control the city, even the police are scared of them.
They enjoy torturing and killing their victims and get rid of the bodies in a garbage crusher. (example: a detective sent to arrest them, they kill his men then kill him in a horrible way, sending his head to the police chief)
The hero's a member of the gang but they turn on him, kill his parents and rape then murder his young sister. He's forced to watch.
After this he plans his revenge, he rebuilds his bike into a custom chopper and arms himself.
He hists the road to find the gang, along the way he encounters injustices and kills the thugs involved (such as a robbery). He encounters one of the gang members at a rest stop, follows him into the mens room, waits for him to finish, the thug turns round and the hero stares into his eyes for an eternity. The thug panics, tries to draw his gun but the hero shoots him several times and leaves him to bleed to death.
The hero goes from town to town looking for the other gang members. In one town the residents recognise the name of one gang member, he's now left the gang and become a corrupt lawyer. The hero walks in to his practise and pulls a gun but the lawyer has a concealed shotgun, which he raises and fires. Turns out it was loaded with rock salt, the villain had a feeling the hero would drop by sooner or later and he'd been looking forward to meeting him again. He takes a sword from the wall and attacks the hero, the hero picks up a katana near a suit of Japanese armor. They fight. Eventually the hero cuts off the villain's hand. As the villain begs for mercy the hero chops off his head. He goes through the dead man's pockets, takes his cell phone and calls the number on there (of another gang member), arranges to meet the guy in a bar The hero leaves, follows the road again to a tough bar room (full of rednecks, bikers and truckers). He orders a whisky, notices another gang member drinking at a table. They fight. The other thug is bigger and stronger, it develops into a bar room brawl. In the confusion the thug escapes. The hero runs into a black haired girl, she's the daughter of one of the gang's victims out for revenge, the twist is, he killed her father in the past but she doesn't know. They talk, she agrees to help. She also has a heavily customised vehicle (another bike, maybe a muscle car). Together they go from town to town looking for the killers.
The big thug the hero fought earleir has warned the gang leader, the remaining 6 gang members have gone their separate ways. one has formed a gang of his own, one is in prison, another is in congress, one's become a pedophile priest (the one who raped and killed the hero's sister), the other 2 act as bodyguards for the leader who has expanded the old Black Mambos, they're now in league with the Mafia and control several states.
The hero and the girl have to take out the remaining gang members (who are each seen committing terrible atrocities). The hero tortures them, shows them the agony their victims went through.
The cops have noticed the murders, they are clueless and have no idea where the hero is, although the everyday citizens they speak to praise the biker's actions as he stands up to their oppressors.
Eventually all but the gang leader and his 2 bodyguards are dead, the hero tells the girl he killed her father. She is angry and leaves him, telling him to rot in hell. Then the hero has to fight the new black mambos, kill all of them, kill 1 bodyguard and his men. The leader, the other bodyguard and the rest of the gang flee to their old turf. As someone else said there's a trash heap, use his idea of the hero riding over the trash unearthing the bodies. He hunts down the remaining gang member in the trash heap then fights the boss hand to hand. The boss is winning, he holds the hero over the incinerator by the throat and drops him in. Then the girl comes back, she saves the hero's life and pulls him out. Together they fight the boss and throw him into the incinerator. Then they go their separate ways, the hero tells the girl his work has only begun and he won't rest for as long as people are opressed by criminals.

properly.... you may desire to do a chain of skits, like SNL. My brother did one approximately an interview with 3 completely distinctive people for a job, he replaced into the hiring guy or woman. the 1st guy or woman replaced right into a hippie the 2d a gay-ish geek the 0.33 a "difficult guy" It have been given lots of guffaws, and interior the top, while all of them worked "stressful" (spoke back a team of questions, verified their skills) they found out that the hire-guy or woman already crammed the area months in the past. It have been given a great cheer, in fact it replaced into in all hazard the appropriate scetch there, different than the the thank you to be Cool scetch, the place they spoke of the thank you to be cool, all in deep cool voices with spectacular clothing, then while they stated their names, the cooles one stated... jessica And my call is !!! With "jessica" being rather intense-pitched. It replaced into spectacular, so basically think of roughly something humorous!!!!!
