Yes, I find it difficult to stay on a rather restrictive diet. However, I have cut back on what I eat, but I eat things that I enjoy, so it has been easier. Diets are like restricting your body from what it is yelling for. Like, your stomach says:"I want cake!" Then you say, "No! Cake is bad, none for you!" What will your stomach do? It will moan and groan until it gets its way, just like a small child.

yes and it ruined my body...crash diets !!! dont try them.u cant go on eating only healthy food. but try to make most of it healthy. and why is it the delicious food is the fatening one?
