Don't you find it strange that they will test the janitor at a company and not the CEO? The person that fills the vending machines on capitol hill is tested but not the congress. Soldiers are drug tested and not the Commander in Chief. The person who brings your food to you in the hospital is tested and not the doctor? Just curious..........

very good point. if we're subject to random drug testing, all three branches of the federal gov't should be, also. since we're sanctioned for drug presence, so should they.
