Why do liberals hate America so much? Does the success of some individuals fill them with hatred?

I work with developmentally disabled adults and children, helping them to build better lives for themselves. I do not hate America, just the state that it is in right now. The people that I work with have their services cut so we can save the Iraqis. That does fill me with hatred, but not for our country, just the policies that hurt Americans. 77 billion dollars in cuts to Medicaid that provide health care to the people I serve, and 1 trillion dollars will be spent in Iraq before it is over. BTW, President Bush is right. Three feet is the biggest bong you can have if you want to light it by yourself. I used to have a seven footer in college, but it took two people to work it. Good day.

What you call "success" is probably the result of how badly you screwed someone else. Your greed is what makes your life "meaningful" and your love for your country stems from from it's ability to protect your desire to take whatever you want, when you want. You also probably consider yourself a "christian" whose light reflects these values that shine across the world.

We liberals try for a more inclusive and empathetic society. We don't see the world as an evil place that is jealous of us and wants to take our "stuff", but as a place that has pity for us because of people like you.

They hate America because they hate their miserable lives and seek to blame thier existance on someone else. Blame people who are a success, blame the government, blame the man, but never look in the mirror to say, that they were the ones that messed up. We don't hate America. We love America. We hate conservatives and what they have done to it. Their narrow minded and hate filled policies have made the country disgusting. We are just trying to fix it. By the way, I have accomplished quite a lot with my life, a hell of lot more than your average redneck republican.

I think its because the rich folks don't have to depend on the government to do everything for them. Democrats want to control every aspect of a persons life. They tax the crap out of the "rich" and take just about everything you make.

I get taxed before I get my check, taxed on any interest I make, taxed when I take out money out of my 401K, and taxed when I die.
