I have this fear I'll be ice skating and fall and someone will skate into my neck slicing it open

I have this fear that I am in a plane at 10,000 feet over the Ocean. Heavy turbulence is happening. The plane plummets to the Ocean ...but I don't die (not yet!). Then I see sharks circling me. Frightening to say the least.
I'll take the ice skate any day!
