It's not a bad roster, probably a 7 or 8 out of 10. With pitching, you're solid for starters but Gagne is a huge question mark with only pitching in a handful of games with the Dodgers over the last 2 years. You will want to pick up another closer just as a precaution.

Offensively, you have the speed with Furcal and Podsednik, although Pods is worthless for almost every other category. You might see if you can trade Pods and someone for another bat with some speed but who can help you in other categories. Look for a team in your league who is really lacking in steals and see what you can do. Don't count on getting a ton of return though.
Pudge, Morneau, Lugo- All solid. Dye and Hunter are there day in and day out. Jones can produce if he stays healthy. Feliz and Durham are great back ups for infield positions.

And it all depends on how many teams are in your league and what scoring categories you have as to how effective this team will be. Injuries always seem to have some determination on how teams fare. Those with less injuries are more likely to do well and other than Gagne, your team seems pretty safe.

Not bad, as an extra Util. you may want to pick up Adrian Gonzalez from San Diego if he's still available. You could drop a guy like P. Feliz or Durham to get Gonzalez. Also, is Gagne gets hurt again, which is likely, you'll be hurting for an RP. So you may want to look into a guy who will keep a low ERA and WHIP but can get you some saves too. It might be wise of you to try and trade Josh Beckett for the best SP you can get while his value is still high. Beckett is usually out a lot with blisters on his throwing hand and last season he was unusually healthy, but don't count on a repeat. He's too risky I'd trade for someone more stable.

Seems to be an ok lineup. Well rounded. One area of concern might be having 3 pitchers from Boston and 3 pitchers from Texas. This could be a good thing or a bad thing, if the teams hit a slump you could feel it, if they get on a roll however, you will feel that too. You should do pretty good.
