Women want a leader.

What does this mean? Think of it like when you were job hunting. You went on interviews. In these interviews, the employer was checking you out, and you were checking the employer out. When I "Job" hunt (& guy hunt) I'm looking for a place with goals, rewards, and appreciation. If I am going to be subservient to anyone, I want to make sure I'm giving this up to someone who can take me places and appreciate what I can offer to the relationship.

I've had Managers who put the goal so high, and were kind, appreciative, and giving (vacation rules!!!) ... and I always jumped and exceeded their goals. However, I've never had such a man who does the same in a relationship. In my experience it seems the men are always screaming to lower the bar; and I give which makes me frustrated major. However, I've found myself setting high standards and then the man fails ... I HATE watching ppl (man or woman) fail ... it hurts to watch.

So, I guess I want someone who's not afraid to reach for the moon and expect me to make it too.

Try asking the one (you like) straight forward.

Honestly, every women is different in their likings and wants... (ranging from love, lust, money, fame, husband, good life, kids, career, jewels, diamonds... and the list would be endless......)

However, I guess it is the word YES, I UNDERSTAND means a lot to them. You have to mean it if you say it....Can't bluff or fool with them.

A woman simply wants what she gives in return. Personally, I want a man who can appreciate devotion and fidelity and can return those sentiments - a man worthy of respect. Looks, money, ambition all come second to that.

Security, true love, tenderness, a great father for our kids, honesty, hard worker and yes....someone to keep it going on in the bedroom.
