Which of these events will happen first? (If ever)?

Interesting question.
I think the best chance would be a female president, although African-American president is a verrrry close second.
Third would probably be an atheist or non-Christian president, as Lieberman shows that people could accept one.
Fourth would be a homosexual president, but this falls far down the list of possibilities right now.
Finally, I don't believe that you will ever see a female pope. It will take decades, as they don't even have female priests right now.

As someone has mentioned, there may have already been a female pope, though they thought she was a man (probably a legend). I'm sure there have already been gay and non-Christian presidents, though of course not openly so.

I am still going to put my opinion. An African American will be president because because His social skills will be high enough, and he will have good manipulation skills as well.
