I have to do an egg drop project for school and i was wondering what were some good ideas to put in the box to keep it from breaking. It is due in a week so the sooner the answers the better! Thanks a bunch.

2" thick black color foam,

in all 6 side, to protect

block every space.

and u need to check it is a good egg.

you can throw it at 6 feet.

***oops.........yes, it is very expensive.

....I would use a box that is about ten times the size of the egg and fill it with feathers....
you can get an old feather pillow at the charity shop and cut it open and use the feathers
be careful as they feathers get everywhere - so do it outside

i did that same experiment in like the 7th grade...i would use grass and/or sawdust, cotton, water, and regular ground or wood (something hard)
