Africa may not be in the eyes of public attention at the moment,...
but i assure you that is soon to change..
there are 'workings' of political forces going on in that Continent that will impact this coming 10 / 20 years of world politics...count on it..!!
and ... to answer your question.. I dont think Nigeria IS getting it right..BUT... i think they have few apparent / immediate / available options...
things are gonna get worse before they get better..!!
