I started showing symptoms right away. I went to the doctor, because I thought I had picked up some kind of bug. I have never been so tired in my life and had constant nausea (at 13 weeks, I still do). My doctor suggested a blood test, which confirmed I was only 4 weeks pregnant (I haven't even missed a period yet) and I had already shown symptoms for 3 weeks before going to the doc's. So it's safe to say my symptoms showed up 1 - 2 weeks after getting pregnant.
We're all different, some women won't display any symptoms at all, while others will start showing symptoms a few days after getting pregnant.

I was about 6 weeks, but I had just had my period two weeks before, so I thought I had a stomach bug. In fact, I was just farther along than we thought. My symptoms were brief boughts of nausea and things had odd smells. Despite the fact that I didn't think I was pregnant because of the period, I took a pregnancy test when I had these symptoms. I also had two weeks of bad acne that's not typical for me.

I had symptoms before I even missed my period with the first one. With the second one, about 2 weeks or so after I missed it.

I was about 2-3 wks along (hadn't missed a period yet) when I turned into an emotional basketcase. I had no other symptoms throughout the remainder of my pregnancy...I just cried...ALOT!!! If my husband looked at me the wrong way, I cried...if he didn't hear what I said to him (which he still never does!), I cried. It was really hard to adjust to my new found "sensitivity", cuz I'm not usually that emotional.

With my first pregnancy, I was morning sickness from about 8 weeks to 12 weeks. With my second it was more like 6 wks to 10 wks. Some women get morning sickness before they even get a positive test, others never get it.

My sickness and extreme tiredness kicked in at 4 weeks pregnant (the day my period was due). Not that my obvious symptoms stopped me going into denial and not testing till my period was a month late!

I knew something was different at the 4th week. Symptoms were no diff than PMS until I cried about EVERYTHING. Once I missed my period the day I was supposed to have it... I knew. Plus my mother kept saying "Are you pregnant?"
