if shes not married and you only have the best intentions.
if u think shes really hot or has a nice body then dont bother. she doesnt care about that, if your going to make a bold move like your planning, it better be from true feelings only.

honestly, there are so many times I liked a guy and wished he said something even though I had a boyfriend at the time. The guy didn't know I liked him, but still. If you make the first move and say you like this girl, then you did all that you can and the ball is in her court to make the next move- whether its to keep her boyfriend or pursue the option you've produced. If you don't tell her, you'll always wonder what might have been.

Honestly? If you tell her she might tell her boyfriend. Then if he's a stand up kind of a guy he might want to get up close and personal with you about your feelings for her. My suggestion is to seduce her away from him if you've got the guts and the patience! Take her to a nice lunch, buy her some nice things, send her some nice emails & notes, and BE the man you want her to see you as. Soon she'll be kicking down your door without you even having to ask!

Honestly, sure go ahead and tell her. I've been in this situation and had a guy tell me how he felt knowing I had a boyfriend. Hey if it doesn't work with her bf, at least she knows that there's someone else out there for her.

Tell her anyway but only if the time & place is right & the statement comes up naturally during a conversation. Be mentally prepared though that she is in a very solid relationship with her boyfriend. In that case you should respect & thank her for letting you express your feelings toward her.

If she is happy with her present boyfriend..then it is better to keep silent and not say anything about your feelings to her. Just remain friends with her and be there for her, whenever and if she ever needs you. However,if her present relationship with the present boyfriend is unhappy..then give things a little time to blow over...and maybe, just be there for her. Sooner or later...your silence will give her a chance to vent out her frustrations about the relationship to you and if she begins to question her own self-worth,then that is the time to reveal your true feelings to her. She may reciprocate under such circumstances. If you have any more doubts..do let me know!

if shes in a happy relationship i would keep it to myself - however if there are cracks showing within the relationship it might be worth your while letting her know... not full on though - just a few hints here and there..
But really its not fair on her boyfriend is it... maybe you should concentrate on an available lady for yourself??

If you like the girl go ahead and tell her. if she's serious about her boyfriend all you are going to do is flatter her. If she breaks up with the other guy now or later on you will be the first to know it.

Tell her. There's a good chance she likes you too but doesn't wanna tell you cause if you don't like her back then she'll lose what she's already got. That's what happened with me and my boyfriend and we've been together for almost a year and a half now - go for it!!

DEPENDS... is her boyfriend a very good friend of yours? if so you know this is going to cause problems between you and him. if not i would go for it. I mean if shes someone you talk to a lot and you both get along great you might as well. what do you honestly have to loose.
