I don't think people mean to a lot of the time. Some people just have nothing better to do or have problems with English. Either way, people who try and take advantage of easy questions but don't even take the time to answer them SHOULD be reported. This is on a point system and if you want the points you should be answering the question.

I believe it !
But I also believe that there are a lot of politically correct freaktards that do nothing else but search answers looking for things to report as abuse.
The rules state that you are not allowed to report anyone for abuse simply because you disagree with their answer but it is done frequently and Yahoo is not enforcing their own rules governing that.
They simply remove the answer even though the answer does not violate any of the guidelines.
Anyone that reports abuse frivolously should be given three strikes and then banned.
You should challenge yahoo to show you where your answer violates the rules of the forum every single time and insist that they punish the person that reported the abuse without merit.
