Ruined nails can be easily repaired with products from your local drug store or beauty supply store.

Try Sally Hanson products, or similar; they work and they're affordable too. The nail strengthener and hardener would help you out very much.

Also, remember to treat your hands and nails to a good hand & nail cream every night, and use gloves when doing housework or dishes, hot water weakens nails.

You can also try massaging in a cuticle oil at night, or use a bit of good old olive oil from your kitchen. Healthy cuticles lead to strong nails too.

Don't forget good nutrition, as weak nails can be a sign of poor protein intake.

Good luck!

Did`nt see programme but I suffer from weak, brittle, peeling nails..Almond oil has done them the world of good over the last 3 months.Beautician recommend it,you brush it over nails and cuticles every day.
I put almond oil into Goggle and bought it of eBay.
Hope this helps. My nails were a disgrace before!
