I've joined up with startsampling.com, I get to choose my samples, but as other's have stated, the price is loads of junk mail.
I've gotten samples of coffee, cookies, medicines, lotions, creams, shampoos, deodorant magazines and lots of good things.
I just suggest making a "disposable" address for this, to avoid all the junk mail that follows after they "sell" your address.

I have been on one called freestuff.com. I have filled in loads of questions, etc and received absolutely nothing apart from about 30 spam emails a day. I guess what they say is right, you don't get anything for nothing. And if it sounds too good then it probably is.
