Girls who know and understand football are a gift to creation, especially when they're being realistic about it. But it's kind of offsetting to see a girl that learned the sport just to hook you. It's almost creepy.

I'll put it simply: There was a girl on the opposing team from our freshman squad that played guard. Every play, they ran to the opposite side of her. Girls just aren't built to play football like that.
It's nice when they understand the sport and don't mind it, but when they think that they can play on the same level as a guy, there might be a problem.

Not in a attracted way, but as friends yes. I had a female cousin that played football for 2 years I think, but she didn't quite turn out right (lol). Anyways, I wouldn't go out with a girl that played football, because I play football and I prefer it to be a man's sport, because girls are naturally built different and so I don't like seeing them playing a sport that is meant to be a hard-hitting game based on strength.

Women were not made to play football. I love football and have played since the 3rd grade. Once in high school there was a girl punter and she juggled the snap and I tackled her and she started to cry and didn't come back in the game. I'm sure you are tougher than that, but that still doesn't turn me on. If you want to bore the hell out of men with your slow paced game go ahead. Go to a bar and meet some one there.

At the next game, look around. Those are the type of guys you are in contact with, and most likely that is the pool of guys that will show interest in you.

Are you still in school, or out of school? If out of school, what do these guys do for a living? What other interests do they have and for that matter what interest do you have?

If you are looking for a nice guy who can take care of you you probably have better odds on the golf course.

Well I've never been with a girl who plays. Now I don't have a problem with my friend who watches it because she likes the wrong team lol. Seriously though I think it's great when they like it because then I wouldn't have to deal with complaining about it. I'm even for helping the person understand it if they are interested. Playing it though probably wouldn't bother me either.

Personally...I love girls that play football. But it's uncool to do something to impress a guy. I don't want a girl who only takes interest in things that she thinks would impress me, and then once in the relationship, find out we really don't have all that much in common. Be yourself. I you like football and like to play though, more power to you. Just don't be a poser, guys will like you for who you are.

i agree with the guy a couple spaces down. don't be a poser, and never do something just to try and get a guy. Play if you like it, enjoy yourself, and be confident. I personally love girls who actually try to do something other than paint their nails lol

^lol

anyway.....depends on the girl really ---some girls who play football might be kinda "butch" (especially if it's full out contact football), while others can be really into athletics and be really feminine --------activities shouldn't create an image for the people who do them (though they generally do.........same with music.....'can't we al just get along?" lol)

I am saying this as a stereotype and this has no offense sent to you.

Most chicks who play softball and football aren't really interested in guys, you know what i'm saying?
