I have dark brown hair and brown eyes. The only guys it ever seems like my wife is attracted to is always blonde guys with light eyes. All the celebrities she likes and most of the guys she really found attractive when she dated before us getting married. She tells me she is physically more attracted to me then any guy she has ever been with but this seems untrue when looking at other guys she likes. What is your opinion? Is that really her type or what?

I love tall guys that are older than me, but I married a short guy not much older than me, so I have to say that it doesn't matter who she is looking at if she picked you!

Perhaps she's physically attracted to the blonde hair, blue eyed variety. But its only physical. And if they are movie stars or celebrities, I wouldn't worry about it too much. She married YOU.
My husband thinks Beyonce Knowles is HOT...and I'm a 30 yr. old white woman and don't look ANYTHING like her,though I wish I did!! LOL
A lot of the men that I would give a passing glance to aren't exactly the type that I married, but they are still good looking. It doesn't mean that I secretly wish I had married them, instead of my husband. It just means that they are attractive - that's all. Now if she askes you to bleach your hair and get some colored contacts, THAN I'd start worrying.
Incidently, I married the dark hair and dark eyed variety, too!!!

Its funny how this works, but is true what she tells you, I'm the opposite, I used to be attracted to back hair, dark skin, and dark brown eyes, but I have never been more attracted to a person, than to my actual, and he is so different from the guys I have always gone out with, he is white, hazel eyes, reddish blond hair, but I think he is just the most attractive guy on earth, funny and unbelievable but that's how ironic life is...

Wow. The complete opposite is true of me. I've always dated darker skinned guys, with dark hair, and green or brown eyes. My husband has almost blond hair, and hazel eyes, and he is fair skinned. He has asked me about this before and I told him I fell in love for HIM, not his hair color, and honestly, I just never trusted blonde guys with blue eyes, because all the guys I've ever known that looked like that, were two-timers and thought they were "all that".
She loves you or she wouldn't have married you. Feel special that you are the one different guy she chose to be with.

She must love you to be married to you. Furthermore, attractions become less important when you are married, because two people are trying to build life together, which is not easy task. There are more important things to worry about than if she is attracted to anyone else. You have qualities that no one else has, that's why she is with you, instead of Joe Blow next door. Stop being insecure and just love her to pieces and enjoy your marriage.

you are her type or she wouldnt be married to you. My husband is attracted to dark hair and dark eyes but I have light brown hair and green eyes and light skin. Im the exact opposite as to what he finds attractive but he loves me and he is with me not someone else. He loves because i am different.

You need to get some self esteem! It doesn't matter what the other guys looked like, or the stars that she thinks are attractive. I'm sure you are attracted to a certain type of person. Work on yourself.

You need to remember something, your the one that your wife is committed too, not these fantasy tv stars. Her past is her past. She openly told you that she is physically attracted to you. The question here doesn't lie with her, it lie's with you. Why would you try to compare yourself with your wife's past boyfriends? Out of all the men she could have married she choose you. That should have some merit. Ask yourself why this even matters? You are with her, then be with her and reconnect yourself to her. Obviously, there is something about you she is attracted to. Quit bringing up the past. Leave it alone and be happy. God bless.

that may have been your wifes prefrence before but if she says she loves you and is more attracted to you then these other guys she is telling the truth my husband is the exact oppossite of the guys i ussaly go for which are tall brown skinned and athletic build my husband is short fair skinned and a little chubby and to me he is the most hansome man in the world and i love him very much and would trade him for ten of the guys who match my type

It's always true that humans want what they can't have. Look at it like she wants a movie star. You know she can't have them so let it go but if you really really want to please your wife, consider bleaching your hair and getting some blue contacts and see if that changes anything. Women do it all the time (personally I think it's fake as all get out) but she might like it and if she doesn't, dye your hair back and take out the contacts.

If your wife tells you she is more attracted to you than any other guy - you are one lucky man - Her attraction for you is way past physical. Unlike the actor she see's on TV (that might be a jerk or a freak or gay) she is attracted to you inside and out! I adore and am insanely attracted to my boyfriend - that doesn't mean that I am blind. I am still attracted to other men...but I have no interest in talking to them and could care less if they are attracted to me. You should feel lucky that you have a wife that feels so comfortable with you and secure in your love that she can point out someone she thinks is hot. Keep in mind that you're the lucky man she sleeps with every night!
