I recognize it as a figaro.
You can buy that style at any store, like Jc Penny, Sears, Kohl's,

Looks like a figaro to me. Three small links, one large link, repeat. You can find figaros just about anywhere - they are really common. Ebay, Amazon, JCPenney, QVC.com, probably even Target or Wal Mart.
