more than likely it's a scam that someone is just trying to get you to fill out a form so they can steal your identity (called internet identity theft)
go to the yahoo site and go to the help section - then contact section - and contact yahoo and ask them if they have a lottery thing going on

these are scams. Yahoo or anyone else won't send you emails about lotteries or any prizes you didn't join. The sender's address may seem real but they fake it.
