That was a great acquisition for the Pats. I wish the Cowboys would have gotten him. He definitely will help the Patriots go deeper in the playoffs. The one thing I think they really need to win another Superbowl is 1 or two offensive playmakers. Specifically a big play wide receiver and a pass catching running back with speed. Then I would say yes the have a great shot at winning #4.

No. I dont think Thomas will do as well away from Baltimore as people think. He isnt the first Baltimore player to leave, highly rated and become nothing more than overpayed average players. I would hold out hope for a 4th ring, until you actually see him play with the Patriots, without the supporting cast he had in Baltimore or the Probowl.

Yes, ring 4 is on the way, and Tom Brady will officially tie Joe Montana as the best QBs ever...Thomas was a great get, and they already have their back in Lawrence Maroney...and yes, he can catch...Now they need a big play WR for Brady...If they do that in FA or the draft, then...and frankly, you know they know they need one...I'm sure Brady has got Bellichick and Kraft on speeddial...and one top notch DB in either FA or the draft...You heard it here...2008 Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots...

yes sir!!! Patriots will have a very promising season, just remember that this last Super Bowl belonged to the Pats, it was that a referee took it away calling Ellis Hobbs for pass interference which the ref admitted a week later. So don't feel shocked if anyone else tries to steal from Patriots...by the way, I ain't a Pats fan, but i like the way their system is set. All NFL teams should learn from them, even my NINERS... Thomas will be a motivation for all current players.

I think that the Patriots can win a fourth with or without Thomas but id rather have him than any other team having him instead

A great pick up for New England. Makes that tough D of their even better. Whatever happened with their CB Samuels? There were rumors he was on his way out?

uh..no

they might be a bit more dangerous, but they put on pretty good pressure with Banta-Cain and Colvin, so it's mostly the great D-scheme they got going ----but adding a player like AT could never hurt (while he'll be leaving all the pro-bowls of BAL, like said, Bill will be able to use him as good as Rex Ryan could--well...almost).

real mature, the 2 answers saying no get a thumbs down

It's the start of things to come. Now get Tom Brady some receivers and it's all over.

It could be. It will be tough to overcome the league's bias in favor of Peyton Manning, but I think they could do it this year.
