Juan Pierre and Jhonny Peralta for Rafael Furcal and Nick Markakis

I already have Dave Roberts and Brian Roberts so they will give me stolen bases even w/o Pierre

Don't do it. Furcal is a solid SS and an upgrade to Peralta.
Markakis can't hit LHP with power. I am not sold on him, pitchers figured it out in Sept when he hit .224.
Dave Roberts will only play against RHP - and Brian Roberts should only be played against RHP. By using Markakis and Roberts in the same lineup you may face a strong pitching staff at some point (NYY, BOS, TOR) that may cause you to have 2 players going 0-4 in the same game.
Or if Balt plays against a LHP you will want to replace both players in the lineup.
Even though you will get SB's with Dave and Brian they may be infrequent and you will have to play them in a lot of mediocre games the get the SB's. Pierre is a guy you can play every day.

Furcal is an upgrade but he won't catapult your team to first place. But you might be jeopardizing a spot or 2 in this deal.
