Where can I get information as to what the presidential candidates are promising?

As far as I am aware, there's 4 candidates. Is there a place that I view information (preferably a video) about what they all promise, and what they think needs done, etc.?

And while on the topic, at what time will we have a new president in the White House? And finally, what month does voting take place?
